Jim Thibert - Toledo, OH
Jim has been on the Habitec sales team since 1987. He is a graduate of the University of Toledo and is in the UT Athletic Hall of Fame. He went on to play pro football with Green Bay, Denver, and the Canadian Football League. Jim has done a great job in our sales department.
Margaret Pena - Toledo, OH
Margaret has continuously been one of our sales leaders and is a true professional in the security business. She has been on our sales staff since 1987 and is one of our most experienced national award winning consultants. Her experience is valuable in the residential and commercial fields.
Tom Rood - Toledo, OH
Tom is a veteran of the Habitec sales team and has developed specialized expertise, designing and implementing residential and commercial systems. He has won several company wide sales awards and is an important part of our sales team. Tom is active in the University of Toledo sports activities and is a member of the UT Rocket Club.
Bill Romp - Toledo, OH
Bill has been in the security industry for 35 years . He is a graduate of the University of Toledo where he played baseball and is a member of the Varsity T Club. He has won numerous industry sales awards and is Vice President of Sales, handling key accounts.
Mark Sprenger - Toledo, OH
Mark joined Habitec in 1982 as a sales representative. He has been involved with sales training in Ohio and Michigan. He is an Ohio State graduate, Mark developed specialized sales programs in residential, executive protection and industrial design. He is a key asset in our residential and commercial sales.
Wally Edwards - Toledo, OH
Wally has served as both a residential and commercial security representative since the 1970’s merging his own security business with Habitec in 1983. He attended the University of Toledo and is a University of California at Fresno graduate. Currently he is a member of the Toledo and Hancock Co. Home Builders Associations. Wally also owns Systems & Sound, a custom home entertainment design center for security, home theater, and cabinetry.
Rick Flack - Toledo, OH
Rick has been with Habitec for over 25 years. He started as an installer then became our installation manager for 15 years. His experience installing and engineering systems is an asset in Rick’s ability to design commercial/industrial projects. He specializes in Access Control, CCTV, Burglary and Fire systems. He is NICET certified and holds Ohio and Michigan fire licenses.
Bob Seymour - Toledo, OH
Bob has over 30 years experience in the security industry. Employed with Habitec in 1987 his knowledge is unsurpassed when it comes to CCTV, Access Control, Fire Systems and Industrial applications. He attended the University of Marietta and has training in Fire and Life Safety. Bob has trained in the Safe School Summit and Ohio Bailiffs and Court Officers Associates.
Al McFarland - Delaware, OH
Al is the regional manager for our Central Ohio office in Delaware, Ohio. He previously was the owner of a Columbus security company with 15 years of experience in the industry. Al joined Habitec in 2001 and offers a great deal of sales and technical expertise to our customers. We are pleased to have Al on our team and a significant presence in the center of Ohio.
Paul Donat - Boyne City, MI
Paul is the regional sales manager of the Northern Michigan operation. He joined Habitec when his company was purchased in 1982. Since establishing an office in the picturesque North, we have experienced unprecedented growth and look forward to continued expansion in that area.
